Event Description: “We will be hosting a special day of wellness on Sunday, September 15, 2019 @ 5:00pm-7:00pm including a meditation session with Tezel Lightbourne, and Yoga with Daniel Cinque at 6:00 p.m. Finding moments for stillness - be it sitting with artwork, taking time to meditate and to learn how to meditate, or moving our achy bodies in yoga - is all key in the efforts to heal our nation and find peace and stability after the storm. You need have no prior experience in yoga or meditation to participate - we encourage newbies! 'We Gatchu: Sanctuary After The Storm' is a joint initiative between the NAGB and the Mental Health Professional community to tend to the emotional wellbeing of the nation, and we want to start with you and your struggles.
