The 25th Art of Reggae Exhibition is hosted by the IRPC, which was founded in 2011 by Michael Thompson (1958-2016) and Maria Papaefstathiou. The contest aims to highlight positive Reggae music and the impact it has had around the globe. The long term goal is to create a Kingston based Reggae Hall of Fame museum and performance centre that will facilitate and celebrate Reggae ... About the Artist: “Dr. Shalini Singh attended Bishop Anstey High School and completed her B.A, M.Phil and Ph.D degrees at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad. A recipient of first class honours and a post graduate scholarship, Shalini currently teaches Visual Arts at the Diego Martin Central Secondary School, Art History at the Fashion and Design Department, UTT and Ideas in Contemporary Art at the University of the West Indies. She has exhibited in six solo shows and several group exhibitions. Her works were exhibited in New York, Colombia, Guyana and Miami. About the Artist: “Dr. Shalini Singh attended Bishop Anstey High School and completed her B.A, M.Phil and Ph.D degrees at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad. A recipient of first class honours and a post graduate scholarship, Shalini currently teaches Visual Arts at the Diego Martin Central Secondary School, Art History at the Fashion and Design Department, UTT and Ideas in Contemporary Art at the University of the West Indies. She has exhibited in six solo shows and several group exhibitions. Her works were exhibited in New York, Colombia, Guyana and Miami.
