Event Description: “OneIsland Media and the Caribbean Film Academy present Caribbean Rising, an interdisciplinary film series celebrating Caribbean heritage and resilience. In this first edition, will be in conversation with artists, curators, and change makers from the Small Island States of the Caribbean. On the heels of Carnival, we travel to Trinidad and Tobago through film to explore the role of pan music in Carnival and how communities are reclaiming ocean habitats.
