Event Narrative: “The exhibition 'Visions Archipéliques' (Archipelagic Visions), is a journey through the diversity of Caribbean contemporary photography: from traditional portraits in natural or domestic space to highly constructed images, from complex and detailed staging to works of digital creation, from sophisticated shots to impromptu cell-phone captures, from a postmodern practice of photography to a diversion of the medium. The exhibition reveals how, one by one, every photo participates in the construction of a global image of the Caribbean.” — Read more: Fondation Clément-Facebook, Fondation Clément-Visions Archipéliques and Fondation Clément-Visions Archipéliques-FacebookFor further information: Nadia Huggins Photography-Facebook, Fondation Clément-Facebook, Fondation Clément-Visions Archipéliques and Fondation Clément-Visions Archipéliques-Facebook.
